Pricing FAQ
What does “fair use” mean on Unlimited?
Unlimited plans are for one contracting business writing its own job hazard analyses (JHAs). Unlimited, fair use up to 10 documents a day.
Is the Word file included?
Yes. Every draft can be downloaded as an editable Word (.docx) file with the same tables, in English or Spanish. Free drafts carry the watermark in the Word header. Paid documents don’t.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax handling will be confirmed before checkout goes live. Payment is by card only.
Can I get a refund if my general contractor rejects the JHA?
The refund and revision policy will be published with checkout. Paid documents include two regenerations so you can adjust the draft after general contractor (GC) feedback.
Why isn’t checkout working?
This is a preview of JHABox. Payments aren’t live yet, so the free draft is the only option today. When checkout opens, payment is by card only.
