1. What JHABox provides

JHABox generates draft Job Hazard Analysis documents from information you enter and from our hazard library. Documents are drafts to assist planning.

2. Your responsibilities

  • A competent person must review, adapt and approve every document for the specific site before work begins.
  • You are responsible for compliance with OSHA, state plan, contract and local requirements.
  • You confirm the information you enter is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

3. No affiliation, no compliance guarantee

JHABox is not affiliated with OSHA or the US Department of Labor. We do not guarantee that any document is complete, accurate, compliant or accepted by any GC, owner or agency.

4. Payments

Payment is by card only, through Stripe. Unlimited, fair use up to 10 documents a day.

5. Signed-copy emails

If you enter an email address for a JHA, we send a weekly email when there are new signatures, with the latest signed copy. We also send the full signed copy about 14 days before we delete the signatures, and on the day we delete them. Stopping the weekly email does not stop those deletion notices.
