What we collect

The job details you enter (company, site address, GC, dates, crew size, names you add) and the documents we generate from them.

If you join the waitlist, we send your email address to our email provider (Resend) so we can write when the builder opens. We store the trade you pick with that signup. We don’t sell the address.

How long we keep it

Generated documents (PDF and Word), the job details used to build them, crew phone sign-offs (name, role, signature) and fair-use counters are deleted automatically 30 days after they were last written. Fair-use counting stores a salted hash of your IP address and an anonymous cookie, not the IP itself.

If you enter an email address on a job hazard analysis (JHA), we use it to send signed-copy updates through Resend. We email that address when someone new signs, with the latest signed copy attached, and we email the full signed copy about 14 days before we delete the signatures and again on the day we delete them. Those emails state the deletion date. You can stop the weekly emails. Stopping them does not stop the emails before deletion.
